A small (very small) mountain here in Freeport that is perfect for a quick, dog friendly hike.

About 1 hour away, moderate to advanced, great views. Recommend you scramble up Stone Mountain as part of the hike. Dog friendly!

Incredible hike with a lake at the top. 2 hrs away. Not really dog friendly.

Take the South Ridge Trail out and back, about 6.5 miles, moderate and beautiful views

Mackworth Island

Drive out to this island in Falmouth and walk all the way around. Not a hilly hike but a really beautiful place to explore. Dog friendly!

Cliff Trail

Beautiful ocean views in Harpswell. About a 40 minute drive, dogs allowed on leash.
