Heating & Cooling
AC & Heat Instructions
Your cabin has a built-in AC/heater to help keep your space at a comfortable temperature during your stay. There is also a pedestal fan to keep the air moving.
-
The remote for the AC/heater is mounted to the wall below the unit.

-
Use the “mode” button to switch between heat, cool, and dry modes. “Dry” mode operates as a dehumidifier.

-
Use the “fan” button to change the fan speed (i.e. how fast the air comes out of the unit)

-
The arrows adjust the thermostat (i.e. what temperature the unit tries to keep the room at). The unit is quite overpowered for the space, so there is no need to set the temperature higher or lower than you actually want it.

-
If you are leaving the cabin for an extended period of time, or you are checking out, please turn off the unit or set it “Dry” mode to help us conserve energy. We really appreciate it!
If you encounter any trouble with the heat or AC, please contact us.
